Summer Salad

Looking for a different way to eat blueberries this summer?  Try this fabulous salad that is great for breakfast, lunch, or even a snack!











Ingredients

1 cup blueberries
1/2 small papaya, cubed
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella



Mix all ingredients and serve immediately.

Serves 2.
